Families and children are welcome! Everyone pays the same registration price.
Vehicle Policy
Four-wheeled vehicles, campers, and RVs are prohibited on-site (except authorized staff and vendors). No electrical hookups are available. Alternative lodging options are available in the Red Lodge area via the local chamber of commerce.
Communications
Cellular service is unavailable on-site. Embrace being offline! A public phone is available in the Dining Hall for emergencies only.
A message board is available for on-site communication between attendees.
Prohibited Items & Activities
- Four-wheeled vehicles prohibited except authorized staff/vendors
- Absolutely NO PETS allowed
- NO FIREWORKS allowed
- Smoking restrictions during fire season per National Forest Service rules
- No camping between marker ribbons and stream (Forest Service rule)

Vendors are welcome to participate. Please notify us in advance of the event so we can let attendees know you'll be there. Contact us at registrar@beartoothbeemers.org.
